Life Insurance

Provided at no cost to employee after six (6) months experience with Bartlett. Returnees' prior experience with Bartlett is credited toward the six (6) month eligibility period.

401(k) Plan

• Employees may enroll on the first day of the month following hire date if the eligibility requirements are met.

Paid Holidays

• Holidays regulated by site specific contract language.

Vacation

Vacation time will be paid in accordance with the Bartlett site-specific policies.  Paid time off should be requested and approved in advance. Business needs will determine the approval.
